NICO

CASTILLO

Get To Know Nico

Nico is a charismatic, witty, and warm presence in any room. He has the ability to play a wide range of characters such as the charming confidant, Christopher Marlowe, in Shakespeare in Love as well as the lovable Dinosaur in The Skin of Our Teeth. Nico excels in classical works, specifically Shakespeare, and has certifications in multiple-stage combat disciplines such as Unarmed, Single Sword, and Rapier/Dagger and for some reason knows how to carve soap and bind books.

“Nico is an astonishingly talented performer who is a joy to have in the room. Insightful, talented and sensitive to the demands, challenges and rewards of classical texts, he is an actor I would happily work with again.”
Guy Roberts, Artistic Director of Prague Shakespeare Festival
“Whether he’s in a crowd scene or relating to a scene partner directly, Nico has a wonderful ability to, authentically, react to what’s happening around him with a vibrant honesty”
Joey Casella, Associate Director of The Lost Colony (2023)
