Most recently, Donny served as Senior Vice President of Production at Paramount Global, where he led physical production, production strategy, financial governance, and operational oversight across the company's various brands and platforms. During his tenure, Donny served as the executive production lead for several of Paramount's highest-profile franchises, including the Sheridan Universe, one of the company's most valuable global content portfolios.

He played a pivotal role in scaling production operations across North America, Europe, and South America by leveraging international production incentives, expanding regional production capabilities, and implementing operational strategies that generated millions of dollars in production savings.

Across more than two decades of leadership, Donny has overseen physical production for over 100 scripted series, unscripted programs, and films. His experience spans every phase of production-from development through final delivery-including budgeting, scheduling, labor relations, production finance, risk management, post-production oversight, and global content distribution. He has successfully led productions employing hundreds of cast and crew members while building high-performing production organizations that thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Known for his ability to bridge creative ambition with operational execution, Donny has partnered closely with network executives, studio leadership, producers, filmmakers, showrunners, business affairs, finance, legal, marketing, and distribution teams to deliver award-winning programming on schedule and within budget. He is equally recognized for developing scalable production infrastructure, mentoring future production leaders, modernizing workflows through emerging technologies, and fostering cultures rooted in accountability, trust, and collaboration.

In 2026, Donny was elected Governor of the Production Executives Peer Group for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, representing production executives across the television industry and helping shape the future of the profession. He is also the author of The Production Guru: Leadership Principles and Philosophies Across Film, Television, and Beyond, a leadership book that distills decades of executive experience into practical principles for leading teams, navigating complexity, and building high-performing organizations.
